Britney Spears Former Security Guard Has Filed A Sexual Harrassment Suit Against The Singer

An attorney for Britney Spearsâ € ™ ex-husband called child abuse claims directed against the singer by a former bodyguard baseless and motivated by money.

Fernando Flores, who worked at singerâ € ™ s security detail, sued Spears on Wednesday claiming sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional anxiety. His lawsuit alleges Spears repeatedly exposed himself to him and that he saw her punish her young sons with his belt and act inappropriately in Front them.

Kevin Federlineâ € ™ s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan told The Associated Press to Floresâ € ™ accusations had been investigated before suit was filed and warranted no action. He said Federline takes any allegation of abuse or wrongdoing regarding previous coupleâ € ™ s children seriously.

â € œHe is convinced that the allegations are a product of economic motives, â €? Kaplan said. â € œThey are as baseless as they seem.â €?

Kaplan said if Federline thought the children were in danger, he would have entered into already.

The lawsuit, which seeks unspecified damages and includes more sinister allegations of Spears allegedly exposing himself to Flores.
