Sienna Miller wears a cable-knit that literally every woman owns

Call me crazy, but Iâ € ™ ve never gotten why so many women think Sienna Miller is a kind of nouveau style icon. Sure, she started a few trends (boho-chic, not washing your hair, the return of the big leather belts), but she was a fashion follower more than anything. And the odd peasant blouse circa 2004, I never really wanted her clothes. If you think about it, Shea € ™ s not even that versatile as a dresser - as she œdresses up â €, â €? I usually find it terrible, as some stupid hippie girl wearing couture with combat boots, a large leather belt and dirty hair. She usually looks much better than a street-wear red carpet. The world is her runway.

Anyway, a few days ago when I saw these pictures of Sienna attending a screening in France, I was stunned. I have this exact same jersey. Or at least I used to have this same sweater. When I was 12 years old. And my mom gave it to me for Christmas. Doesnâ € ™ t every woman a sweater just like this? And almost always, our mothers gave it to us. Our mothers look at us as we open the big chest the knot of fear in our stomachs, thinking â € œOh, God, there was a sale on Kohlâ € ™ s. Let a wallet. Please God. Please.â €? And itâ € ™ s this sweater. And we smile politely and say â € œthank you.â €? And we even try, to see how odd our sleeves upper arms feel like they are filled sausages, caught in an itchy wool blend (â € œItâ € ™ s 10% cashmere! â €? our moms enthusiasm).

So, yes. Sienna Miller reminded me of nausea on Christmas. And besides the stupid sweater (which probably cost a down payment on a mortgage), whatâ € ™ s with the pants? I think my mom still has pants like this. Tapered, pleated, peach-pink nightmares. You can see that Sienna is trying to start a new trend. And Shea € ™ s failing.
